Pavilion Rental |

The Mill Park Pavilion is available to rent for that special
occasion you are planning. It provides a beautiful park setting with two ponds
and a wooded nature trail that crosses a creek which is an east branch of the Milwaukee
River. Several picnic tables , lighting and electricity are provided under
the pavilion. There is also a port-a-potty nearby. There have been two
weddings in the past, a Cycle America stop, and several parties (see pictures below). If you are interested in renting call

Thank you for choosing our park and pavillion for your event. Rental fee is
$100.00 or $125.00 if electricty is required.
After your event, upon inspection of the property by the Directors, we will
refund you $25.00 for satisfactory cleanup.
We do provide a portable toilet onsite (May through October).
Any decorations used by you need to be removed, including string and tape.
We do not provide garbage service, you must take all your trash with you.
Parking at the pavillion site is limited to about 5 vehicles. There is
additional space available on the upper west side of the Mill building. If you
require additional reserved parking in the upper west lot, please let us know.
Our parking lot is public access and can be challenging without advance notice.
